Wells Fargo

This Wells Fargo branch operates inside a Raley's grocery store in Stockton, so it has no storefront, door or window of its own. Customers had no way to see the bank's hours until they were already inside. The bank's sign provider brought us in to handle the installation.

The sign was supplied by the brand; City Signs installed it. Because the bank doesn't control the grocery store's doors, door vinyl wasn't an option, so the hours went on a rigid plaque instead. The top third is Wells Fargo red with the name in gold serif capitals. The white field below lists the bank's name and website, Monday through Friday and Saturday hours, a no-smoking notice and an after-hours emergency line. We mounted it flat to the split-face block wall just to the right of the store's main entrance doors.

In-store branches, pharmacies and other tenants inside a larger store run into this all the time: the host business owns the entrance, so the tenant's hours need a surface of their own. A plaque on the wall beside the doors does the job cleanly, and installing a national brand's own signage is routine work for our crews.
