CrossCountry Mortgage

A national brand’s branch package — lit letters on the facade, three dimensional logo sets inside, and the door vinyl — permitted and installed to the drawings.

About This Project

CrossCountry Mortgage opened a branch in a freshly renovated white stucco building at 249 N Main Street in Manteca. The signs were produced to the lender’s national standard by its sign provider; we were the local licensed contractor for the permit, the final inspection, and every install.

On the parapet above the awning we installed the illuminated channel letters and the round CCM medallion, mounted flush to the stucco with the wiring run inside to a remote power supply. Inside, three sets of black acrylic dimensional letters went up: the branch team’s name and the CrossCountry wordmark on the white conference-room wall and again on the navy feature wall, and the medallion by itself on a white wall at the entry. The glass doors got the branch’s address, hours, and license information in white cut vinyl.

Branch rollouts only look right when the local install is exact, and lenders need a contractor who can carry the permit too. We do this for national providers across the Central Valley — see Irby and America’s Tire — and we’d be glad to be your installer of record in Manteca.
