Bella Terra Plaza

Bella Terra Plaza on Kettleman Lane is home to dozens of shops, restaurants, and services across two floors — and when tenants change, the plaza's directories have to keep up. The property's management brought us in to refresh the listings, including adding new tenant ThINK Beauty in Suite 32.

We rebuilt the full directory layout — floor-by-floor suite maps and the complete tenant roster — and printed it on 3M vinyl with protective laminate, black on white for maximum legibility. The new inserts mount to the magnetic strips inside the plaza's existing directory cabinets, so the exterior monument directory at the parking lot and the framed interior directory were both updated in one visit, with no changes to the cabinets themselves.

For property managers, this is the most economical way to keep a center looking managed: the directory frames stay, and a tenant change becomes a quick vinyl swap instead of a new sign. We keep the artwork on file, so the next update is a phone call away.
