Assure Primary and Urgent Care

Assure Primary and Urgent Care opened at 19661 S Mountain House Parkway, in a shopping center on the edge of Mountain House. The suite had a bare fascia over an awning on the front and a blank wall facing the parking lot, and the center’s monument at the street had an empty tenant slot.

We fabricated two 112¾-by-24-inch illuminated channel-letter sets — the script “Assure,” the “PRIMARY AND URGENT CARE” tagline, and the red cross with caduceus — with 3-inch black returns, white acrylic faces, and the logo printed in 3M 3630 translucent vinyl under 8518 laminate, each on a remote power supply and mounted flush to the wall. On the entry doors we applied two 22-by-8-inch printed logos with the clinic hours. For the monument we removed the existing panels and built two 59-by-10¾-inch illuminated aluminum pan faces with ½-inch white acrylic push-through letters, so the name lights on both sides of the sign at night.
