Aryzta

Aryzta, a baked goods company, wanted its logo on the tall stairwell wall inside its Stockton plant on North Shaw Road, where employees and visitors pass every day. The letters were made of half-inch acrylic and supplied fully produced through another sign company; City Signs handled the installation and coordinated it with that company.

The logo sits well above the stair landing, close to the ceiling grid, so a scissor lift was rented and delivered to the site and our crew worked from it. The brown ARYZTA letters, the yellow-green leaf on the sprig that forms the Y, and the script tagline were laid out from a paper pattern marking each stud hole. The wall was drilled through the pattern, the pattern was torn away, and each piece was set on its studs with silicone for extra hold, flush to the wall.

Half-inch acrylic letters like these are the standard for interior logo walls: cut on a router, painted or covered in vinyl, and mounted with studs and adhesive. Installs this high indoors are done from ladders or, where the space allows, a lift, and a pattern keeps a large logo aligned exactly as designed.
